Understanding what Canadians Want from their Utility

SmartGrid Canada has been engaged in understanding the consumer and how they will play a role in the evolving grid for the past 5 years. This initiative is the largest and most comprehensive survey of the Canadian consumer in the country.

The symposium is a half-day event that brings together Canadian utilities, industry and academia to discuss how we can better engage consumers and set the objectives for the 2017 research.
