The Smart Grid Cyber Security Roundtable was introduced at the Smart Grid Canada Conference last year. The high quality of speakers and content generated a lot of interest. This year too the half-day roundtable is to be co-hosted by SmartGrid Canada and Enmax.

Interest around cyber security has risen in recent years as more intelligence and communications is pushed further down into the electric grid. Utilities are beginning to re-think their security approaches and policies to enable the secure and efficient deployment of smart grid. This roundtable is targeted at utility security professionals, cyber security industry, security academics and government regulators.
